Sikaflex® 250 facade is a 1-part, moisture curing elastic sealant suitable for joint sealing of movement and connection joints between same or different porous and non-porous substrates such as concrete, brick, steel and other metals etc. Advantages : Very good workability (low extrusion force, excellent smoothability) ■ Silicone free and over-paintable ■ Odourless and solvent-free (according to EU regulations) ■ Good weathering and ageing resistance ■ Movement capability 25% (ISO 9047) ■ Low stress to the substrate ■ Primer-less adhesion on many porous and non-porous substrates .
